He gives his opinion on a series of events and facts mentioned by Daniell in his previous letter: he satisfied with the farm bills being lower; he is worried that William Smith should be kept in order; he thinks Daniell was right in thanking Lady Berkeley and giving two guineas to the Keeper; he approves of the Pheasantry Field being covered in buckwheat; he hopes the new gardener will come soon.
