Description	Prince William likes his present situation but would like to avoid going abroad. No frigate is sent to relieve the HMS Lowestoff stationed off Plymouth. He hopes to be given a guardship - possibly of the Lowestoff - after next summer, even he fears that it might not be the case. His principal wish is to stay away from home; he likes living in Plymouth and he begs his brother to help him in getting [command of]the Plymouth station.
