Prince William will remain in the West Indies - but a ship can be ready to sail towards England at an hour's notice. He is concerned for his mother, the Queen, but he does not dare to write to her.
He expresses his affection for his brother, George Prince of Wales, acknowledging the possibility of him becoming Regent.
