The Mayor expressed gratitude to Prince Albert and the Royal Commissioners for organising the Great Exhibition and for the opportunities it brought. As a result, the resolution was passed to invite Prince Albert and the Royal Commissioners to a public dinner in the Town Hall. Enclosed with previous letter (see PPTO/PP/QV/ADDX/C/182). |
