He reports that the Commission have 10 days to come to a decision on the purchase and puts forwards the names of Richard Redgrave, Sir Charles Eastlake, Mr Hawkins, Mr Ford, Mr Robinson and Sir Henry de la Beche as advisors to inspect the collection in that time. Includes a note of reply stating that the Commission are unable to offer more at present.
