DescriptionDraft report to the Queen in which the commissioners state that advantage should be taken of the rebuilding of the Houses of Parliament 'for the purpose of encouraging the Fine Arts in the UK. As a result, they suggest that British artists be employed to decorate the buildings. They also report that for the time being they have directed their attention to the question as to whether fresco-painting should be employed.
