Description
A paper of resolutions proposed by Mr Gally Knight, in which he states that the building should also inspire the public 'with veneration for the higher qualities of the head and the heart'. To achieve this he suggested decorating the approaches and halls of the Palace of Westminster with 'illustrious men' and scenes of remarkable events in British history.
