Description'Third Report of the Commissioners on the Fine Arts' reporting on the exhibition of the fresco-paintings and their decision to commission six artists from the exhibitors to provide sketches and specimens of fresco-painting. They also report that they have invited an exhibition of Models for Sculpture and that they can now recommend artists in Arabesque-painting, Glass-staining, Wood-carving, ornamental Metal-work and ornamental-Pavement.
