Description
Copy letter from commissioned artists Mr Cope and Mr Horsley to Charles Eastlake explaining their disappointment in the way in which they have been treated by the commission. They request that this be addressed and that they are given feedback on their current work, provided with larger spaces to paint and allowed to co-operate with fellow artists. They also suggest that the commissioners may show confidence in them by allowing them to decorate an apartment in the Conference Hall with frescos.
