Description	The Duke communicates the Prince Regent's intention not to be present at the arrival of the two Sovereigns [Emperor of Russia and King of Prussia?] in England; he advises they should land at Deal as, according to Lord Rosslyn, it would be more convenient for all the Troops, and for the Scotch [Scots] Greys in particular.. Tomorrow he will send Lord Melville the plan of their journey. He requests sets of Bunting Russians and Prussian Flanders [?] In a Post Scriptum note the Duke specifies that he will keep the HMS Apollo agreeable to what he has been informed by said by Captain Blackwood [Vice-Admiral Sir Henry Blackwood, 1st Baronet].
